These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bespoke Restroom Trailers website and your rental of our luxury restroom suites. By requesting a proposal, placing a reservation, or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you are booking on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Our services
Bespoke Restroom Trailers provides luxury restroom trailer rentals for weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, and other occasions across the greater Houston, Texas area. Each rental includes delivery, professional setup, and pickup of the reserved suite. Optional services, such as on-site attendants, may be included in your proposal when requested.
3. Quotes, reservations, and payment
Pricing shown on this website reflects starting rates. Every event receives a personalized proposal based on the suite selected, event date, location, duration, and any additional services. A reservation is confirmed once we receive your signed agreement and the required deposit. The remaining balance is due before your event date as stated in your proposal. We reserve the right to release an unconfirmed date to another client.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
We understand that plans change. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits secure your date and equipment and may be non-refundable once your reservation is confirmed. Rescheduling requests are accommodated based on availability. Specific cancellation terms, including any applicable refund windows, are stated in your rental agreement.
5. Delivery, placement, and site requirements
You are responsible for providing a safe, accessible, and level location for the trailer. The placement area must be reachable by our delivery vehicle without obstruction from gates, low branches, soft ground, or overhead lines. Our team will confirm site requirements with you before delivery. If a site is inaccessible or unsafe at the scheduled delivery time, additional fees may apply or delivery may not be possible.
6. Utilities and connections
Depending on the suite and event duration, the trailer may require access to a standard water connection and electrical power. Where utilities are unavailable, we will discuss self-contained options during your consultation. You are responsible for ensuring that any agreed utility connections are available and functional at the site before delivery.
7. Use of the suites
Our suites are maintained to a hotel standard, and we ask that they be treated accordingly. You agree to use the trailer only for its intended purpose, keep it reasonably clean during your event, and prevent misuse, overcrowding beyond the stated capacity, smoking inside the suites, and the disposal of items that can damage plumbing systems. You are responsible for the conduct of your guests while the trailer is in your care.
8. Damage, cleaning, and additional fees
Normal use and routine cleaning are included in your rental. Damage beyond normal wear, excessive soiling, missing fixtures, or required repairs will be billed at cost following your event. We document the condition of every suite before delivery and after pickup.
9. Attendants and service
When an on-site attendant is included in your proposal, the attendant maintains the suites throughout your event. Attendants are members of our team and must be treated with courtesy and provided a safe working environment.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bespoke Restroom Trailers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a rental is limited to the amount paid for that rental. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, natural disasters, or government restrictions. If such an event prevents delivery, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule or resolve the situation fairly.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
